Ok, who spilled the soup? Unfortunately, JR Smith did more than that. He actually was bold enough to throw soup at assistant coach Damon Jones. The entire details of the story is very tight lipped at this moment, but  the situation happened during the shoot around.

This is just horrific, and unacceptable.  The team is facing a tough run, but even with that said doesn't remotely come close to justifying his actions. I struggling to find out where he got the audacity to pull such a move. This type of disrespect can't be tolerated. 

It's reported that Smith will play this Saturday, however for me personally,  the suspension should have been longer; a harsh month to rest his shoulder from that strain of throwing the soup....


With the issues going on as far as the up and down performances of the team, this was not a wise decision,  and your timing couldn't be any poorer.....

To add, don’t let your emotions get in the game. A loss is a loss... Whether by 1 or 20, accept it and move on. 

If a player scores with time remaining instead of dribbling the clock out, let it go. Use that as a reasoning on the next meeting to blow the score board out on them. 

You look bad because you're the aggressor. You can't (or that is you shouldn't) beat up the driver that cut you off in traffic. No need for explanation of the ramifications should you do use violence in this case.
